The BCAA All-Star Volleyball game was conducted on Monday, November 8, 2004. The best senior volleyball players from the BCAA were selected to play in the event. The North squad edged the South squad in five games: 22-25, 25-22, 25-23, 24-26 and 15-11.

The MVPs named were Maria Redkozubova, #13, Outside Hitter from Taravella for the North and Mina Powers, #10, Midblocker from Western for the South. Mina was a three-year starter and two-year captain of the Wildcat squad. She led the team in kills and blocks for the past two years. Maria Redkozubova was a four-year starter at Taravella.

North Broward Hospital District Sports Medicine Program

As the exclusive provider of sports medicine for the Broward County Athletic Association and School Board, the North Broward Hospital District Sports Medicine team is all about keeping athletes of all ages in the game.  The Sports Medicine team consists of nationally certified and licensed athletic trainers in 21 BCAA high schools who provide daily treatment and assessment of injuries during all practices and games.
